LAWSUITS: Your account may or may not be past the statute of limitations. Each state has a law that limits the time in which you can be sued for an unpaid account/debt. If your account is beyond the statute of limitations, you cannot and will not be sued by RSH and Associates, LLC. If you acknowledge the debt, promise to pay, or make a payment on the debt, the statute of limitations may restart. Should this occur, however, RSH and Associates, LLC will still
maintain no intent to sue you to enforce payment of the previously out of statute debt as long as your payments continue.
BAD DEBT REPORTING: For accounts we receive from creditors who allow us to credit report their delinquent accounts, RSH and Associates, LLC will report all eligible accounts to the credit bureaus in accordance with FCRA, FDCPA, CFPB, FTC and the Credit Bureaus' rules and regulations.
FROM RSH: RSH and Associates, LLC provides this site as a secure payment portal for making online payments. "RSH and Associates does not charge a fee to pay by credit card, debit card or ACH. However, our processing company will charge a fee for credit and debit transactions which is common with many credit and debit transactions wherever they may be used. Paying by credit or debit card, and incurring a fee, is optional. To avoid the processing company's fee, you may continue to pay your debt online by ACH and incur no processing fee. Thank you." RSH charges a $25 NSF fee, or the maximum amount allowed by law, for payments returned or canceled once posted.
