Of your customers that are unwilling to work with us to voluntarily resolve their debt, RSH can escalate our efforts to a legal status with preapproval by you. We will only continue this legal process with our attorney with final approval by YOU only. RSH will not proceed without your final approval.

RSH was founded in 2008, after our founder had spent 13 years with another agency. Our goal was to provide a better ARM / RCM alternative for all businesses, of all industries, to get paid for those services and products that they provide. We've succeeded.
RSH is a Christian-Owned family ARM company. Our policies and procedures are based on QUALITY B4 QUANTITY. Where many companies (of all industries) put quantity before quality, and then scramble to "get it right" - causing a slew of dissatisfied customers, RSH strives on "getting it rightFIRST". We then increase quantities, while maintaining quality, by simply duplicating our already established QUALITY B4 QUANTITY procedures.
This results in a high level of very satisfied RSH client relationships. While we're far from perfect, when there may be a conflict with a client, we simply discuss a compromised solution and move on.
